Box Score OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. – The Lock Haven University men's soccer team fell to NYIT 4-1 on the road today in non-conference action.
 
Lock Haven (2-3) got its goal from Trent Burris (McAlisterville, Pa./East Juniata) in the 53^rd minute to make to 2-1, but the host-Bears (5-1) answered with two goals of their own to secure the win.
 
Haven goalie Jonathan Howitt (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post East) made seven saves in the loss.
 
NYIT went up 1-0 in the sixth minute on a goal from Ben Wilson. Wilson was at it again and made it 2-0 Bears in the 39^th minute.
 
Following Burris's goal in the 53^rd minute, NYIT scored in the 80^th and 83^rd minute to earn the win.
 
Lock Haven returns to action on Friday, September 27 at the University of the District of Columbia (2 p.m.).
