LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University field hockey team (12-7) closed the 2014 regular season today (Sunday, November 1) with a 2-0 loss on the road at local-rival Bucknell (12-5).
 
Kiersten Sydnor scored a goal in each half to give the Bison the victory. She put Bucknell up 1-0 in the 13^th minute and scored again in the 63^rd minute of play.
 
Lock Haven goalkeeper Elaina White (Etters, Pa./Red Land) played another sensational game and finished with six saves. Yesterday she made a season-high 11 saves vs. Saint Francis.
 
Colleen McCabe (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./William Tennent) registered a shot for Lock Haven.
 
The Lady Eagles will return to action on Friday, November 7 at the Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10) Tournament.
