SHIPPENSBURG, Pa.  – Bootsie Walker (Chester, Pa./Chester) scored a season-high 18 points, but the Lock Haven University men's basketball team (5-12, 5-8 PSAC) fell on the road to Shippensburg (9-8, 5-8 PSAC) tonight, 74-67 in a PSAC East matchup. 
Walker's 18 points led four Bald Eagles in double-figures.  He added seven rebounds and three steals. 
Al Blount (Northampton, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) had a solid night from downtown, drilling four three's (4-for-6) in the game and finished with 14 points. 
Theo West (Philadelphia/Kensington) scored 14 points of his own on an efficient 7-of-9 shooting from the field and pulled down seven rebounds. 
Wali Hepburn (Philadelphia/Neumann-Goretti) scored 10 points and dished out a team-high five assists. 
The two teams played even for most of the game.  The score was knotted at, 35-35 at the half and was tied at, 58-58 with just over eight minutes to play.  Ship outscored the Bald Eagles, 16-9 over the final 8:06 of the game. 
Dylan Edgar had a huge night for the Red Raiders, scoring a game-high 32 points. 
Lock Haven is back in action on Saturday (January 24) when the Bald Eagles host local-rival Bloomsburg in a crucial PSAC East matchup.  LHU will hold its alumni event to honor all former Bald Eagle basketball players during the game.  PSECU will also be giving away t-shirts to students as a part of their Crimson Cover event at the game.  Tipoff is set for 4 p.m.
