CLERMONT, Fla. – The Lock Haven University softball team dropped a pair of games today on the Lady Eagles second day of play at the NTC Spring Games in Clermont, Florida.

The Lady Eagles dropped their first game of the day to St. Cloud State, 6-0, before falling to Minnesota State Mankato, 5-0.

Yesterday (Friday), LHU was 1-1 and the Lady Eagles currently sit at 1-3 on the young season.

Pitcher
Rachel Mouillesseaux (Endicott, N.Y./Union Endicott) struck out three over seven innings in the loss to St. Cloud State.

Game 2 (Minnesota State Mankato): L, 5-0Â
Mankato scored its five runs on nine hits.

Jessie Probst (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) got the nod in the circle and struck out five.

Sarah Schwalm (Dauphin, Pa./Central Dauphin) and
MaKaylah Holbert (Ulster, Pa./Northeast Bradford) each recorded a hit in the loss.

Lock Haven returns to action tomorrow (Sunday, March 8) with games vs. Charleston (11 a.m.) and No. 23 West Virginia Wesleyan (3 p.m.).
