LHU edged by West Chester

The LHU men’s soccer team was edged 3-2 by West Chester in a crucial PSAC match.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – West Chester University (10-3-2, 7-1-1 PSAC) scored two goals in the final ten minutes and rallied past host Lock Haven University (5-9-1, 3-6  PSAC) 3-2 today in a crucial Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) match.

The Bald Eagles got goals from Troy Amspacher (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley) and Tyler Sablyak (Doylestown, Pa/Central Bucks West). Amspacher's goal marked his 13th of the season, while Sablyak picked up his first. Amspacher and Sablyak's efforts gave LHU a 2-0 advantage early in the second half.
