LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Alex O'Herrick (Barto, Pa./Boyertown) controlled the game from the opening draw and the six Bald Eagles combined for 18 goals, as the No. 6 Lock Haven University lacrosse team (7-0, 3-0 PSAC) remained undefeated with a 18-7 win over visiting Shippensburg University (3-3, 0-2 PSAC).
O'Herrick was a huge key for Lock Haven as she won nine draw controls. She added eight ground balls and three goals in a dominating individual effort.
Rachel Engler (Perkiomenville, Pa./Rutgers) continued to pace the attack with another five-goal effort and
Hayley Kilian (Ridley Park, Pa./Ridley Park) shined with two-goal, six-assist outing.
Dana Laulis (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) scored four goals and
Ashley Gochenaur (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) netted a hat trick.
Hope Thomas (Carmel, Ind./Carmel) added a goal for LHU.
The Bald Eagles outshot Shippensburg 37-16 and led 9-3 at halftime.

The Bald Eagles will return to action on Friday, March 25 at 4 p.m. when they travel to Edinboro for conference action.
