The LHU volleyball team fell on the road 3-0 to the Crimson Hawks of Indiana (Pa.).

INDIANA, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team (11-15, 4-10) fell in a hard fought road match to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) rival IUP (20-7, 11-3) 3-0 (25-14, 30-28, 25-18).

After falling in the first set, the Bald Eagles gave the Crimson Hawks everything they could handle and more.  Rally after rally and point after point, the teams exchanged highlight after highlight.  The Crimson Hawks eventually ended up taking the second set 30-28, then were able to carry that momentum into the third set to get the win.

Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) led the Bald Eagles with 24 assists.

On defense, Shaye Whiteman (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) led the charge with 21 digs while Nealon was able to add 16 of her own.

Chloe Williams (Springfield, Pa./Springfield) also played well defensively, leading The Haven with five blocks.
