CLARION, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team (11-16, 4-11 PSAC) was downed on the road by Clarion (19-9, 10-5 PSAC) 3-0 (25-19, 25-14, 25-14) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.
The Bald Eagle offense was led by
Veronica Morrison (Sugar Run, Pa./Wyalusing Valley) and her five kills while
Annie Dombrowski (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle) chipped in with her four kills.
Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) recorded a team-leading eight assists while
Katie Eustice (Clarion, Pa./Clarion) recorded seven.
Shaye Whiteman (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) led the LHU defense with 13 total digs while Dombrowski tallied 10.
Chloe Williams also played well defensively for The Haven, tallying seven blocks.
LHU stays on the road for their next game on Tuesday, November 7th when they are set to play The University of Pitt-Johnstown at 7:00 p.m.
