JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team (11-17, 4-12 PSAC) fell on the road to The University of Pitt-Johnstown (22-7, 12-4 PSAC) 3-0 (25-12, 25-16, 25-15) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.
The LHU offense was led by
Annie Dombrowski (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle) and her five kills while
Chloe Williams (Springfield, Pa./Springfield) chipped in with her four kills.
Katie Eustice (Clarion, Pa./Clarion Area) led The Haven with seven assists while
Paige Wolfe (Plano, Texas/Plano West) added six assists of her own.
Shaye Whiteman (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) led Lock Haven on defense with 21 digs while
Gabrielle Stick (Reading, Pa./Exeter Township) chipped in with 12.
Wolfe also played well on defense, tallying nine digs.
LHU returns to Thomas Field House on Friday, November 10
th when they host Shippensburg. That game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm.
