LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University baseball team is headed to Beckley, West Virginia to take on Fairmont State in a three-game weekend series.
On Saturday (March 4) at 3 p.m. LHU and Fairmont State will play single nine-inning game before a Sunday doubleheader (12/2 p.m.).
The Bald Eagles are 2-2 overall after splitting a four-game series last weekend at Chowan on The Haven's 2017 season-open weekend.
Fairmont State is 4-4 overall and has won four straight games.
Last weekend at Chowan, Lock Haven hit nine home runs and the Bald Eagles are led by three players –
Nick Stotler,
Matt Lahn and
Kolby Dehaas – who are all hitting .455. Ace
Jacob Belinda got the nod in game one of the season for LHU and he didn't disappoint on the way to a win.
