MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team (5-9, 0-5 PSAC) fell on the road to Millersville University (8-6, 3-2 PSAC), 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 25-23) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action Friday night in Millersville.
The Bald Eagle offense was led by
Gabrielle Stick (Reading, Pa./Exeter Township) as she tallied 12 kills in the match.
Breanna McDonald (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) and
Chloe Williams (Springfield, Pa./Springfield) each chipped in with eight kills apiece for LHU.
Shaye Whiteman (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) continued her strong defensive play for the season, racking up 33 digs. Stick was also strong on defense for the Haven, tallying 13 digs of her own.
Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) added 36 assists in the match to go along with eight digs.

The Bald Eagles will stay on the road from the next match when Lock Haven travels to West Chester to take on the Golden Rams tomorrow (Saturday, September 29). That game is scheduled for a 1:00 pm first serve.
