MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men's basketball team (6-9, 5-7 PSAC East) fell on the road at Millersville University (11-7, 7-4 PSAC Easet) 78-59 in Wednesday night Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Divisional action.
The Bald Eagles held a two-point advantage at the half, leading 30-28. In the second half, the Marauders were able to get the best of LHU and pull ahead early to get the win.
Christian Kelly (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville) led the Haven offense, totaling 18 points to go with eight rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Jaylen Washington (Frederick, Md./Tuscarora) also played well offensively for Lock Haven, tallying 12 points to go with three rebounds and three steals.
Jesse McPherson (Philadelphia/Archbishop Carrol) added eight points, a team-high 10 rebounds and two assists.
The Bald Eagles will host Cheyney on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. in non-conference action.
