Women's Volleyball falls on the road at Seton Hill
The LHU women's volleyball team falls on the road to Seton Hill, 3-0.
GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's volleyball team (6-10, 0-6 PSAC) fell on the road today against Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) member Seton Hill, 3-0 (6-7, 2-3 PSAC).
The Bald Eagles dropped the first set 25-13 before playing a close second set but ultimately falling 25-21. The Griffins would then take the final set 25-11.
LHU was led by
Breanna McDonald (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) who tallied 10 kills for a team high. McDonald also turned in a strong defensive performance recording 12 digs.
Also recording double digit digs was
Cassidy Hoover (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle High) who finished the contest with 11 total.
Madison Goodwin (Greencastle, Pa./Greencastle Antrim) was third on team having nine of her own.
Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) was active all night for LHU serving up 23 total assists. For the season, Nealon has recorded at least 20 assists in 12 different games this year for Lock Haven.
