CALIFORNIA, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's volleyball team (6-11, 0-7 PSAC) fell to California University (Pa.) (9-5, 4-2 PSAC), 3-0, on Saturday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.

The Vulcans and Bald Eagles battled out a hard fought 25-23 opening set with the Vulcans just edging out the win. The win got momentum for the Vulcans and they went on to win the next two sets by scores of 25-9 and 25-16.

A trio of Bald Eagles led the Haven attack in kills.
Breanna McDonald (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth),
Adriana Serpe (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decator) and Gloriah Kroh (Clarion, Pa./Clarion Area) each chipped in eight kills.

Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) contributed 24 assists and also recorded nine digs.

Madison Goodwin (Greencastle, Pa./Greencastle Antrim) registered a team high with 10 digs.
Paige Wolfe (Plano, Tx./Plano West) and McDonald both notched nine digs on the defensive side.
