LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – On a dreary day in Lock Haven, The Lock Haven University women's soccer team (2-9-2, 2-9-1 PSAC East) dropped a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) contest to local rival Bloomsburg (14-1, 12-1 PSAC East), 4-1.
