MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – In afternoon volleyball action Lock Haven University (6-18, 0-14 PSAC) dropped their match on the road against Millersville (19-8, 9-5 PSAC) in straight sets.
In a tightly contested first set, Lock Haven and Millersville went back and forth and ultimately saw Millersville winning the set 25-21. After the first set, Millersville would go on to win 25-17 in both sets two and three.
Leading the way for the Bald Eagles was Breanna McDonald (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) who had an all-around nice day tallying 11 kills to go along with 13 digs. Both were team highs for LHU on the day.
Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) was in the middle of the action recording 22 assists. Nealon would also add two service aces for the Bald Eagles.
Madison Goodwin (Greencastle, Pa./Greencastle Antrim) finished the game with 10 digs and two service aces while Paige Wolfe (Plano, Tx./Plano West) added nine digs of her own.
