LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University baseball team (7-14-1) fell in a doubleheader to No. 18 West Chester University (16-5) on Saturday afternoon. The Golden rams took game one, 8-4 before edging out the Bald Eagles, 5-3 in a 10 inning game two.
Game one: L, 8-4
The Bald Eagles fell in game one to the No. 18 ranked Golden Rams.
The Lock Haven offense was led by 
Max Joseph (Marlton, N.J./Harford CC) going a perfect two for two at the plate with two runs scored.
Reagan Lawlor (McMurray, Pa./Peters Township) added 2 RBI's and was one of eight Bald Eagles who had a hit in the game.
Game two: L, 5-3
The Bald Eagles were edged out in a closely matched ten inning game two of the doubleheader.
John Banes (Springfield, Pa./Cumberland CC) led the Lock Haven offense tallying two hits on four at bats while scoring one run.
Liam McArthur (Basking Ridge, N.J./Seton Hall) was among the four Bald Eagles to get a hit in game two recording a double and two runs of his own. 
Jimmy Webb (Montoursville, Pa/Loyalsock) and 
Joe Zgleszewski (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts) each turned in a hit.
Avery Eddy (Hughesville, Pa./Hughesville) pitched well for LHU allowing five hits and two earned runs over seven innings pitched. He also struck out three batters in the game.
