LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men's soccer team (2-3, 0-1 PSACE) dropped the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East opener 3-0 to the Millersville Marauders (2-2, 1-0 PSACE). The Marauders got off to a quick start finding the back of the net twice in the first twenty minutes of play. Millersville scored in the 10
th and 18
th minutes.
The two goals gave Millersville a 2-0 lead going into half time.
In the second half, the Bald Eagles started to find their rhythm offensively, firing away three shots. For the game, the Bald Eagles had five different players register a shot. Pacing the offense for Lock Haven was freshman
Andrea DiSomma (Lancaster, Pa./ Manheim Township) who fired a shot forcing the Millersville goalie into a big save.
Across the midfield freshman
Zane Puhala (Brockway, Pa./ Brockway Area) stood out for the Bald Eagles. Puhala was instrumental in the progression of the Lock Haven attack in trying to solve the Marauder defense.

Lock Haven will head to West Chester this Saturday, September 18 for an 11 a.m. kick-off to face off against the Golden Rams.
