LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Braxtin Reddinger (Hanover, Pa./New Oxford) and
Caitlin Morrow (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) combined for eight goals and goalkeeper
Lauren Girardi (Watertown, N.Y./Watertown) made double-digit saves, but the Lock Haven University women's lacrosse team (2-4) fell to visiting Shepherd University (4-6) in a tightly-contested Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) non-divisional crossover contest. The Rams rallied late in the game and picked up the 12-11 victory.

Krysta Reading (Warrington, Pa./Central Bucks South) and
Raleigh Bateman (Hanover, Pa./New Oxford) each added a goal for Lock Haven.
Casey Hibbard (Ontario, N.Y./Wayne Central) dished out three assists.

Today marked Lock Haven's first game since a 19-12 home-victory over Slippery Rock University on April 3. The Bald Eagles are now set for a busy stretch and will play three games in five days after today's home contest with Shepherd. LHU will head to Gannon University Sunday (April 18) for an important PSAC West makeup-contest (12 p.m.). That game comes before the Bald Eagles host nationally-ranked Seton Hill University on Tuesday, April 20 (4 p.m.) in PSAC West play. To date, Lock Haven is 2-3 in PSAC West divisional play.
