LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University tennis team (3-7, 1-3 PSAC) hosted East Stroudsburg University (0-5, 0-5 PSAC) on Friday afternoon in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) matchup, and took home all seven points with a 7-0 win over the visiting Warriors.

Before the match, LHU honored its graduating seniors
McCartney Register (Mill Hall, Pa./Central Mountain) and
Joaquina Orlandini (Concordi, Argentina/San Antonio School).

To get the Bald Eagles started strong in doubles,
Maddy Reeves (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville (Shippensburg)) and
Mia Shuler (Williamsport, PA/Williamsport) took home the win 6-0 at No. 1 doubles.
Olivia Sharp (York, Pa/York County School of Technology) and Register came together to win at No. 2 doubles 6-2.

LHU put on a clinic as the team won all five contested singles matches. At No. 1 Reeves brought home a 6-1 and 6-1 win. Shuler took her match 6-1, and 6-2 at No. 2 singles. At No. 3
Delani Wolever (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) won in dominant 6-0 and 6-0 fashion.
Christy McLean (Jim Thorpe, Pa/Jim Thorpe) put in a strong effort today as she won 6-1, and 6-0, and at No. 5 Orlandini finished it off for the team winning 6-0 and 6-0.
