KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Lock Haven women's soccer team visited Kutztown University for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division match on Saturday afternoon (Oct. 11) and the Golden Bears won 2-0.
The Haven (2-6-2, 1-6-2 PSAC) back line and goalkeeper
Megan Miller were stellar in the first half and didn't allow a goal despite facing eight shots.
However, Kutztown (8-3, 7-3 PSAC) scored twice in the second half and secured a shutout to clinch the victory.
Miller finished with a game-high five saves in net for the Bald Eagles.
The Haven offense finished with three shots, including two on goal from
Lauren Straub and
Bryn Constanzer.

The Haven returns home and will host East Stroudsburg in a PSAC East match at Hubert Jack Stadium on Wednesday (Oct. 15) at 7 p.m. during Homecoming Week. Wednesday is also the program's West Branch Soccer Club Appreciation Game.
