The Bald Eagles hosted Bucknell in a non-conference game on Wednesday night

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven field hockey team fell to Bucknell, 4-0, in a non-conference game on Wednesday night (Oct. 22) at Charlotte Smith Field.

The Haven held Bucknell scoreless through the first quarter, but the Bison found the back of the cage in each of the final three periods to secure the win.

Despite the outcome, the Bald Eagles defense was outstanding and allowed just four scores despite facing a game high 31 shots (22 OG) and 13 penalty corners.

Senior goalkeeper Kelsey Felix continued her sensational play in cage for The Haven and finished with 16 saves, just three stops behind her season-high of 19. It marks the ninth game Felix has finished with double-digit saves this season.

The Haven finished with four shots on goal, led by a pair from Molly Lynch.
