LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven men's soccer team fell to Findlay 2-0 on Saturday (Sept. 13) in The Haven's home opener at Hubert Jack Stadium.
Findlay, who entered the season nationally ranked, took a 1-0 lead in the 42
nd minute of the first half, before adding an insurance goal late in the second to secure the victory.
The Haven dominated possession in the second half and led 3-1 in shots on goal, but Findlay turned away multiple scoring opportunities to secure the shutout.

Patricio Zapata (2) recorded the shots on goal for Lock Haven.
In net, Bald Eagle keeper
Ethan Beck finished with one save, while the defense as a hole limited Findlay to just two shots on goal.
The Haven moves to 1-2-1 on the season, while Findlay improves to 1-2.

The Haven remains home and will host Shippensburg in a non-conference match on Wednesday (Sept. 17) at Hubert Jack Stadium at 4 p.m.
