Volleyball set to open season at Hall of City Challenge in Ohio

The Bald Eagles will open their 2025 season by competing in the Hall of Fame City Challenge, hosted by Walsh (Ohio)

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven volleyball team will open its 2025 season this weekend by competing in the Hall of Fame Challenge, hosted by Walsh (Ohio).
 
The Hall of Fame City Challenge will take place on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 5-6 on the campus of Walsh (Ohio).
 
Lock Haven will compete in three matches, starting vs. Saginaw Valley on Friday at noon, before taking on the host – Walsh at 6 p.m.
 
The Haven will wrap up the weekend by facing Lake Erie on Saturday at 1 p.m.

Next Up
The Bald Eagles will continue early-season tournament play and will travel to Buckhannon, W.Va. to compete in three matches over two days (Friday, Sept. 12-Saturday, Sept. 13) on the campus of West Virginia Wesleyan. The Haven will take on the host West Virginia Wesleyan on Friday, before facing Virginia Union and Belmont Abbey on Saturday.
