Alex Monroe has been named the first Bald Eagle www.GoLHU.com Athlete of the Week for the 2013-14 season.

On Saturday, August 24, Monroe, a three-time All-American won the 2013 LHU Traditions Run. Monroe covered the 5K course in 15:13. The Traditions Run is an annual intersquad/alumni race.
