Brice Beals of the men’s indoor track & field team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Beals opened the season Saturday at Bucknell in fine form. He was sixth overall and the top Division II finisher in the weight throw with a mark of 53-6.5, which is the best throw so far this season in the conference. Beals added a PSAC qualifying mark in the shot put (21^st overall, 41-10, ranks 15^th in PSAC).
