Alexis Arnold of the LHU women’s cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Arnold was the top Haven woman on Friday, finishing eighth overall at the Dolan Duals with a 4K time of 15:01.00. She broke up a stretch of Penn State runners, who swept the top-seven spots.
