Rachel Valentine of the LHU field hockey team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Valentine scored a pair of goals this weekend, one in each match against Colgate and Siena. She provided the Bald Eagles offense with a spark in each game scoring the first goal in both contests. Valentine scored LHU’s first goal against Siena 22:11 into the game, her goal was all the Bald Eagles would need on their way to their third shutout of the year.

The Bald Eagles next game is Friday September 18^th  at 3 p.m. when they open A-10 play against Richmond.
