Dylan Mountain of the LHU men’s cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Leading the way for the Bald Eagles this past Saturday at the PSAC cross country championships was senior Dylan Mountain as he won his first individual PSAC title and All-conference honors. He finished with an overall time of 24:57.0 with a pace of 4:59/M beating the second place winner by over 13 seconds.

Mountain’s individual performance highlighted six other LHU runners who placed in the top-12 in Saturday’s contest which led the Bald Eagles to their third straight PSAC title
