Karina Long turned in another outstanding long and triple jump double. She won the long jump with a PSAC and season-best jump of 18-03.25. Long was second in the triple jump with a leap of 36-11.50. The triple-jump outing proved to be a PSAC mark and season-best. Both of Long's marks rank among the top-15 all-time in school history in the two respective events.
