Aaron Pfeil led the Lock Haven University men's cross country team to a runner-up team finish at the 2019 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships, hosted by Bloomsburg University.

Pfeil's fourth-place outing was the highest individual Lock Haven finish for The Haven men since an Addison Monroe win in 2016.

Pfeil covered the 8K course in 25:36.6 and was fourth of 139 total runners.
