Junior Brittany Rehrig (Wilmington, Del./Charter School of Wilmington) of the Lock Haven University swim team has been named the GoLhu.com female athlete of the week.

On Tuesday against Millersville, Rehrig took first overall in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.45.

Friday against Juniata, she picked up a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying mark in the 50-yard freestyle after winning the event with a time of 25.06.

Saturday against Kutztown, she picked up a pair of wins and finished second in a third event. Rehrig hit Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championship qualifying marks in all three events. Rehrig won the 100-yard breaststroke (1:07.29 – PSAC) and the 200-yard IM (2:12.22 – PSAC). She was also second in the 200-yard breaststroke with a PSAC time of 2:30.84.
