Girardi had outstanding performances against Slippery Rock and IUP. On Tuesday against Slippery Rock Girardi made 18 saves in a 14-10 victory keeping LHU’s playoff hopes alive. Then Thursday Girardi followed up her outstanding performance and put out yet another by way of making 15 saves in the OT loss to IUP. Girardi now ranks fourth at LHU in saves all time with a total of 448 saves.
