Senior Tyler Thomas (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore) of the Lock Haven University men’s track and field team has been named the GoLhu.com male athlete of the week.

Thomas led the way for the Bald Eagles at Penn State's Sykes-Sabock Invitational. He broke the school record in the shot put with a mark of 51-11.00. His throw was good enough for ninth overall at the meet and is the top mark in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) this season.
