Lock Haven Athletics

Senior Courtney Whitmoyer (Leesport, Pa./Schuylkill Valley) of the Lock Haven University women’s track and field team has been named the GoLhu.com female athlete of the week.

Whitmoyer had an outstanding run in the 600m dash at Penn State’s Sykes-Sabock Invitational.  She posted a time of 1:40.01, which was the second fastest in school history.  Whitmoyer finished 15th overall at the meet and was the highest placed Division II runner.
