LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven men's wrestling team featured four wrestlers in the latest NCAA DI InterMat National Rankings. The Haven is set for a busy week filled with three dual matches, including two in the Mid-American Conference (MAC).

The Bald Eagles enter the heart of their MAC schedule riding a five-match win streak, where they improved to 7-3 (1-0 MAC) on the year.
Men's Wrestling ranked No. 1 in MAC January rankings
The Bald Eagles took over the top spot in the January Mid-American Conference (MAC) team rankings.
The Haven was ranked third in the MAC preseason poll, but has flown up to No. 1 after a 7-3 start to the dual season. The Haven grabbed 104 points in the MAC rankings to move in front of second-place Rider (86.5 points) and third-place SIUE (81 points). The full list of team rankings can be found below.
In the MAC individual rankings, the Bald Eagles featured nine wrestlers in the top-5 of their respective weight classes.
Leading the way is
Wyatt Henson (141) and
Avery Bassett (174), who rank No. 2 at 141 and 174 pounds, respectively.
Lucas Kapusta (149) and
Tucker Hogan (197) rank No. 3 at 149 and 197, while
Gable Strickland (133),
Nick Stampoulos (157),
Ousmane Duncanson (165),
Sam Gautreau (184) and
Kade Sottolano (285) came in at No. 5 at their respective weight classes.
