Marrysa Moyer of the LHU women’s basketball team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Senior Marrysa Moyer continues to impress during last week’s contests. Moyer averaged a double-double last week with 18.0 points and 12.0 rebounds per game, as she led the Lady Eagles to wins over Cheyney and Shippensburg. Moyer scored 13 points and added 10 rebounds in LHU's, 74-57 win over Cheyney Wednesday. In Saturday's, 72-70 win over Shippensburg, Moyer put on a show on senior day, scoring 21 points in the first half, just five shy of the all-time LHU record for points in a half.  She finished the game with 23 points and 14 rebounds. The 23 points was Moyer's season-high, as she shot a solid 52% (13-of-25) from the field last week.
