Zalar helped Lock Haven stand out in the hammer throw on Friday. He finished first of 22 with a throw of 193-09. It now stands as the second-best mark in program history, and is both a PSAC and NCAA DII championship qualifying mark. Zalar also had a PSAC throw of 154-05 in the discus throw.
