LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team (13-8, 10-4 PSAC East) took down visiting East Stroudsburg University (4-18, 2-12 PSAC East) 3-0 (25-12, 25-23 & 25-23) tonight in Thomas Fieldhouse.

Haley Gribler (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy-Liberty) and Gao Xuan (Dong Ying, China/Zibo No. 10 Middle School) paced a balanced Lock Haven attack tonight. Gribler hit .545 with a team-high 14 kills and Xuan hit .345 with 13 kills.

Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) added eight kills. She also had four block assists.

Erin Walsh (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) was key for LHU. She had 13 digs and two aces.

Alexa Garrity (Boothwyn, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) dished out 41 assists and added seven digs.

Lock Haven travels to Cheyney University on Friday, October 21 for a 7 p.m. conference match.
