LHU hosts Saint Francis (Pa.) on Saturday, November 1 at 1 p.m. in an Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10) match that has major playoff implications on the line. With a win, Lock Haven can clinch the No. 2 seed heading into the conference tournament.

The Lady Eagles are now 12-5 overall and moved to 6-1 in conference play after edging Richmond, 1-0 on Friday and knocking off VCU Sunday, 2-0.

Three different players accounted for LHU's three goals over the weekend.

Sunday's shutout, Lock Haven's fourth straight gives LHU a total of six on the season. Last season, the Lady Eagles led all NCAA Division I teams in shutouts per game and their six this season ties them for the third-most among all DI squads.

LHU has outscored its opponents, 11-1 over the last five matches - all wins.

Goalkeeper
Elaina White is now 12-5 with four shutouts and 57 saves. She made six saves in the last two wins, including four at Richmond.

Nakira Downes leads all LHU players with 22 points (8G & 6A).

Lock Haven split a pair of games with Saint Francis last season, winning at home, before losing 4-3 on the road in conference action. LHU is 12-2 all-time vs. Red Flash.

Lock Haven beat Bucknell 1-0 last season and leads the all-time series 35-6-3 as the two teams meet for the 45
th time.

White named A-10 Player of the Week: On Monday, LHU goalkeeper Eliana White was named the A-10 Player of the Week. LHU soared to a pair of A-10 shutout-victories over the weekend, thanks in large part to the play of their senior-goalkeeper.

Over the two-game span, White led Lock Haven's sensational defensive effort from the goal line. In 140 minutes of action, she made six saves and allowed no goals. In the monumental, 1-0 victory Friday, over Richmond, she made four saves to help LHU to the win. On Sunday, White followed it up with a two-save effort, as LHU won its fifth straight game and recorded the team's fourth consecutive shutout.
