LOCK HAVEN, PA. – The Lock Haven University swim team (1-2) was downed by visiting Millersville University (2-1), 110-94 today at Zimmerli Pool.

The Lady Eagles turned in a strong outing in the meet against Millersville, earning 94 points through 11 events.

Allie Muha (Millersville, Md./Severna Park) led the Haven with a PSAC mark in the 200 fly (2:18.84).Â

Danielle Parowski (Altoona, Pa./Univ. of Pittsburgh) Â won the 200 freestyle with a mark of 1:59.36.

Carley Nitchie (Forest Hill, Md./Bel Air) swam strong to earn a first place finish in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25.68.Â

Freshman
Jacquelyn Bingham (West Chester, Pa./West Chester) and
Erin Kury (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter-Strasburg) earned a 1-2 finish in the 200 IM with marks of 2:23.45 and 2:27.95, respectively.
Parowski returned to the pool for the 100 freestyle and earned a first place finish. Her time was 56.29.

Nitchie and Parowski joined
Kali Hartt (Bay City, Mich./John Glenn) and
Abby Miller (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) for the 400 freestyle relay and placed first in 3:48.42.Â

The Lady Eagles return to the pool Friday, November 21 when LHU travels to Pittsburgh for the Pitt Invite (TBA). Â
