EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's volleyball team (6-16, 0-12 PSAC) dropped a road match against East Stroudsburg (21-4, 11-1) in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Central matchup.
East Stroudsburg jumped out to an early lead and took the first set by a score of 25-16. The Warriors also took the second set 25-13 before the Bald Eagles responded taking the third set 25-19. East Stroudsburg took the fourth set 25-10 to win the match.
Breanna McDonald (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) paced the Haven attack finishing with eight kills.
Krystal Heffelfinger (Danielsville, Pa./Northampton) and
Adriana Serpe (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decator) each notched five kills.
Kristen Nealon (Horsham, Pa./Archbishop Wood) led the way in assists tallying 23. Nealon also added 10 digs to her effort.
Madison Goodwin (Greencastle, Pa./Greencastle Antrim) registered 11 digs on the Haven defensive side.
Cassidy Hoover (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle High) chipped in recording nine digs.
