LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University swimming team competed at home against California (Pa.) on Saturday afternoon in Zimmerli Pool.

The final meet score was 151-93 in favor of the Vulcans.

Highlighting the meet for the Bald Eagles was
Kristin Allen (Willow Street, Pa./Lampeter-Strasburg) who won the 200-yard butterfly with a PSAC qualifying time of 2:17.75. Allen also took first place in the 200-yard backstroke with her season best time of 2:20.14.

Lily Arledge (Richwood, Ohio/River Valley) brought home another individual event for the Bald Eagles winning the 200-yard breaststroke with a career best time of 2:43.95.

"The team swam hard and had some high quality in-season swims." said head coach
Brian Hein, "We were down a few swimmers today, but continued to make progress in in how we raced."

The Bald Eagles host East Stroudsburg next Saturday (Nov. 16). The meet is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start.
