Sydney Houck: 200-yard breaststroke (2:35.42), 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.58)
Alaina Craig: 100-yard freestyle (55.81), 100-yard butterfly (1:00.79)
Holly Cleworth: 200-yard backstroke (2:08.36), 100-yard backstroke (58.28), 200-yard freestyle (2:01.54), 500-yard freestyle (5:28.02), 50-yard butterfly (27.55), 200-yard IM (2:14.49), 50-yard freestyle (25.91)

The Haven is off to its best start in six seasons entering the week with a 2-3 record in dual meets.
PSU Altoona is also 2-3 in dual meets in 2023-24.
LAST TIME OUT
The Bald Eagles visited Millersville University to compete in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Dual on Thursday (Dec. 14).
Millersville came out on top in today's meet, 173-67. The Bald Eagles wrap up the 2023 year with positive swim times across the board and are excited to start 2024 with their first home meet of the 2023-24 season.
Holly Cleworth continues to impress in her rookie year and came away with victories and PSAC cuts in the 50-yard butterfly (27.55), 200-yard IM (2:14.49) and 50-yard freestyle (25.91).
Emma Pequignot brought home gold in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:03.81. Pequignot finished third in the 100-yard breaststroke with a swim of 1:14.26.
Sydney Houck finished in second place in the 50-yard breaststroke with a time of 32.58.
Nora Craig added a third-place finish in the 50-yard backstroke (31.64), while
Alaina Cane also finished third in the 50-yard butterfly (29.26).
WOMEN'S SWIMMING ANNOUNCES LESSONS AND CLINICS
Bald Eagle swimming lessons and clinics for youth, high school, adult and triathletes beginning Nov. 19 and running through April 22.
The theme is learn-to-swim through advanced competition levels.
The lessons will consist of one-on-one, small group, and mini clinics and all proceeds will benefit the Lock Haven women's swimming program.
