EDINBORO, Pa. – The Lock Haven men's cross country team finished fifth of 15 teams at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships on Saturday morning (Oct. 25).
Brayden Frair and
Jakob Rager both finished in the top-15, earning First Team All-Conference honors. Today marks the team's best finish since 2022 and it is the first time since 2021 that two Bald Eagles earned First Team All-PSAC honors.
Frair led the way for Lock Haven, finishing 7
th out of 154 finishers, after covering the 8,000-meter course in 25:06.7. Friar was the leading freshman finisher in the race.
Rager also impressed, finishing 12
th with a time of 25:33.9. and earning him back-to-back First Team honors and his third All-Conference honors of his career.
Kristian Mizdail finished just outside of the top-30 with a time of 26:16.1. coming in 31
st.
Evan Klinger (26:44.9, 44
th) and
Gavin Furey (27:04.41, 59
th) rounded out the top five finishers for the Bald Eagles.

The Lock Haven men's cross country team will home in the Go Fast River Run on Saturday, November 1
st, before hosting the NCAA DII Atlantic Region Championships on Saturday, November 8
th. Both events will be held at the West Branch Cross Country Course.
