LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven women's swimming team soared to victory over Lycoming College, 117-60, at home on Saturday (Oct. 25).  Â

The Bald Eagles won eight events in total to take the victory over Lycoming College, the program's second of the season in just three meets.

Jadyn Oswalt dominated the 1650-yard freestyle (19:08.28). Oswalt's time in the mile qualified her for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championships, which take place on Feb. 18.
Nora Craig finished second with a time of 20:36.92.

Oswalt (59.76) and Craig (1:00.96) also led The Haven in the 100-yard freestyle.

The quartet of
Marisa Gachette,
Gianna Gruska,
Kate MacAlister, and Oswalt won the 200-yard medley relay (2:04.12), followed by the second-place quartet of
Hannah Howell,
Finley Musser,
Madison Bortner and
Veronica Karboski (2:05.80).

Karboski won the 200-yard freestyle (2:07.10), followed by second-place finisher Bortner (2:10.44). Â

MacAlister won the 50-yard backstroke (31.77) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:23.05).

Gruska won the 50-yard breaststroke (34.30), followed by second-place finisher freshman
Delaney Stains (43.68).
