LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The 2026 softball season with mark the 50^th season for Lock Haven and the Bald Eagles are set to honor the rich history of the program on Friday, May 29, 2026 with the program's inaugural golf tournament which will be followed by a 50-Year Celebration Dinner.
 
There is plenty to celebrate as Lock Haven ushers in the 50^th season of the softball at The Haven with NCAA Division II national championship in 2006 and 2009 headlining the team's rich history. The Bald Eagles historic run also includes national runner-up finishes in 1988 and 2007, along with notable region and conference championships. All of this success was made possible by outstanding coaching and award-winning student-athletes – all of which and whom will be honored on May 29.
 
The golf tournament is set for a 2 p.m. shotgun start on May 29 at Clinton Country Club.
 
The 50-Year Celebration Dinner will follow the golf tournament at 6:30 p.m.
 
The cost for golf is $125 per person and includes golf, cart, gift, hot dogs at the turn, drinks, and the dinner.
 
Registration for the dinner only is $35 per person.
