2010-2011 : Outdoor: finished fifth in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Team Challenge with a time of 3:59.84 and finished fourth as a member of the Bald Eagles 4X8 team… personal college best of 3:59.84 in the 1,500M… Indoor: finished second in the 3K at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala with a personal college best mark of 8:56.89

2008-2009 : Indoor: Ran a leg of the Bald Eagles’ PSAC champion 4x800m relay…finished 18^th in the 800m at PSACs…Outdoor: Finished 21^st in the prelims of the 800m at the PSAC Championships. 

Personal Bests: 800m 1:55…1600m 4:24…3200m 9:58. 

Prior to Lock Haven: Attended Akron University...competed for one season in track and cross country. 

In High School: Cross Country team MVP and captain...Four-time state medalist...holds high school's indoor mile and 4x800 relay school record...Personal Best: 800m-1:55...1500m-4:02...1600m/mile-4:24
