2010-11: Indoor : earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region honors for Shot Put and Weight Throw…  was third in the shot put with a toss of 50-00.75 at the PSAC Championships at Edinboro University

2009-2010: All-PSAC Team...LHU Track and Field Most Valuable Field Athlete...holds the Indoor Shot Put Record

2008-2009: declared LHU Track and Field Rookie of the Year...All-PSAC Team

In High School: 1st Team All-League in Shot Put and Discus...District Champ in Shot Put and Discus...Placed 5th in Discus and 8th in Shor Put.
