The 2020 season will mark coach Logan’s first at LHU.
Logan joins the Bald Eagle coaching staff after a 13-year professional football player career where he saw time in National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL). Primarily a running back and return specialist, Logan spent time in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions and Miami Dolphins. In the CFL, he played for the BC Lions, Montreal Alouettes and most recently he played with the Ottawa Redblacks in 2019. Logan is listed throughout the CFL record books in a number of kick return categories.
Prior to his professional career, Logan was a two-time All-American football player at the University of South Dakota ('07) and a finalist for the 2006 Harlon Hill award, given to the best player in NCAA Division II football. He was a four-time All-Conference running back and is one of just a handful of players to rush for 1,000 yards in all four seasons. Logan was inducted into South Dakota's Athletics Hall of Fame in 2018.
